Welcome to our Refunds policy page. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on our perishable items as they are highly sensitive to temperature changes and cannot be resold. However, we understand that sometimes unexpected issues may arise with your purchase. Rest assured, we are more than happy to provide you with a replacement item if you have encountered any problems. 

Simply reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will cover the shipping costs via Sendle, ensuring that you receive a fresh and perfect product. We take customer satisfaction seriously, and our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, the coffee you received doesn’t meet your taste preferences, we encourage you to consider sharing it with others who may appreciate it. After all, everyone’s palates are different, and your generosity may bring joy to someone else’s morning routine.
