The cherries were then exposed to a 30hr underwater fermentation process before being pulped. This variety was first discovered in Abyssinia, Ethiopia in 1931 and came to Colombia in 2005 . Notes: Floral, Rose Pedal, Blueberry Jam, and Sugar Cane.
