Description
This special edition Gesha coffee from Colombia is grown and produced by Jairo Acrila at Santa Monica. This coffee has been grown to the strict ripeness criteria, as well as floated and hand-sorted to remove any defects. The cherries were then exposed to a 30hr underwater fermentation process before being pulped. This variety was first discovered in Abyssinia, Ethiopia in 1931 and came to Colombia in 2005 . Notes: Floral, Rose Pedal, Blueberry Jam, and Sugar Cane.
