Our coffee beans, roasted for Coastal Breeze come from Colombian farmer Jairo Arcila, this coffee is harvested following a strict ripenss criteria, floated, and sorted for defects. Cherries were then exposed to a 30 hr underwater fermentation before being pulped. This microlot is 100% Caturra. This variety originated in Minas Gerias, Brazil. It is a natural mutation of red bourbon.
