Description
Colombian Sunrise is sourced from a farm in the Barcelona region, caturra is a spontaneous mutation from the red bourbon mutation Minas Gerais in Brazil between 1915-1918. Most of Latin America has this bean variety as a staple of production despite it’s small size it has a large impact in the coffee market. This Microlot has an SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) 87.5. Notes: Panela, Blackberries, Chocolate, and Mandarin
