Our hot chocolate mix contains 60% Brazillian rapadura and 40% Brazillian single origin Amazonian cocoa powder. The same quality as our 100% cocoa liqour/nibs but in powder form. This goes great in making sauces and other cocoa based recipes. It may contain a bit more sediment than most as to the simplicity of the recipe, however the flavour and richness cannot be compared.
